The moisture detection near Pontiac for my old house was so helpful. David from 24H Mold Inspection of Michigan came out. He was just great. Explained everything simply. It didn't cost a fortune either which is good for me on a fixed income in Michigan. I'll ask for David again when I need a mold inspection in Birmingham.
