Luis was my main point of contact throughout this entire process. He handled the initial mold inspection to the mold remediation. His professionalism stood out to me when he thoroughly explained to my grandparents about the dangers of mold and what the process of removing it entailed. He did a thorough job removing the mold, and he was responsive to every question my grandparents and I had. Overall, I am satisfied with the work completed and the level of care in quickly addressing the issue.
