The inspection was easy to follow and Richard let us know the plan as we went. We were grateful for his experience as well as tips and tricks as first time home buyers. Ask for Mike. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be closing on a new build soon and wasn’t sure if I needed to spend money on an inspection, as I didn’t expect for anything (major) to be wrong. Thankfully, nothing was… but thanks to Mike, I still feel it was $ well spent. I could tell he had my best interest at heart and the cost is worth the peace of mind I’ll be able to take forward.
