I used first choice cabinets a year ago and was completely satisfied with them and I called and made an appointment to have Mario come out and give me an estimate on doing some more cabinets. Terrible customer service! We made an appointment for 4pm. I left work early to be here on time to meet with the estimator. At 4:15 pm we called the main office, no answer, and left a message. At 4:30 pm Mario the estimator called my wife and told her he was going to be here between 4 and 5. Keep in mind it’s already 4:30 and thirty minutes past the 4pm set appointment. She said do not bother as he was already thirty minute late. He then blamed her, my wife, for the issue as if it was her
