Called for a quote, got short responses and was sounding like i inconvenienced him

Needed some cracks fixed in the ceiling of the house we are selling. Called Scott on a Saturday night and he was able to do the job on Monday morning. He came and quoted me a reasonable price plus fixed small nail and screw hole free of charge. He was very prompt and communicative. I will be using Scott for any drywall projects moving forward.
