They are a great company to work. The office manager Nicole was very nice and got us on the schedule quickly. They came out to do our yearly furnace tune up on both units and also cleaned out our softener tank and put fresh salt in. They were punctual and clean with their work. 1st American plumbing heating and air is I go to Plummer. They dealt with my backup sewer quickly. Called in around 8 AM. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.She had Jon, a master plummer, to my house by 11:30 AM. Jon was cheerful and got right to work and resolved the problem in about 45 minutes including set up and cleanup. Jon was very friendly and efficient. I’ve used these guys several times and will use them again. Peace of mind! They’re awesome!

Jon showed up on time to replace a sharkbite fitting that was leaking, great job but a bit pricey. They might be less money it was a scheduled repair, but it needed to be fixed.

Water heater installation

Came and told me the quote. I authorized the work and they did it as fast as possible. What i appreciated most was the urgency displayed by 1st American to get to my house and get the work done.
