Absolutely poor customer service. You can never reach anyone with this company. You physically have to take off work and go into the office to speak with someone. And even then, the ball is passed. They made numerous roofing errors, one which allowed water to poor into our newly redone bathroom. STILL waiting for them to fix the ridge vent they installed incorrectly for several MONTHS now. -1000/10 recommend

They did an amazing job on our siding and downspouts. Our 40 year old home looks brand new. Mitch, our sales rep was wonderful from day one. He worked with our insurance, was patient and made the process easy. Overall, the clean up was good and they performed the job in a timely manner. It has been 2 months since the project and there are no concerns we noted thus far. If you want siding done, 123 was great.
