Do NOT rent from these people,,, lying scammers,, customer service rep tells me: we don't charge your credit card until the vehicle is on the property,, so I check my account 10 minutes later and of course they took the $97,, so I go to cancel the whole rental and they tell me: sorry there are NO refunds!! when they weren't even supposed to take money out of my account in the first place!! Total scammers
