Very poor quality service and the major issue is Gus. We bought a house and had to go with the lowest bid as part of the negotiation, that was a mistake. The estimate didn't account for thicker wood panels under the shingles and the latest code for roofs requires a longer nail. We had hundreds of nails sticking through the boards, visible in the attic (minor issue) and all throughout the front and back patio (major issue). Gus was difficult through the entire process to get it fixed. Guys that
