DO NOT USE. I am currently writing this while still being on hold for over two hours trying to cancel my order. For their sales team you can get someone on the phone ASAP but billing, service or anything else, you will not reach someone. Two days now that I have tried to get a hold of someone at 1-800 Pack Rat and I have been unsuccessful. The escalation department told me they'd transfer me to the cancelation department and that the hold time would be less than 2 minutes. That was over 2 hours

Great Service and the owners and managers really care about the customers and strive to do the best for each individual need! Highly recommend Pack Rat!! Very nice and accommodating staff. Thank you Pack Rat!!
