They made moving of state easy! I would use them again.

Our move from Kansas City to Virginia went very smooth, and everyone who picked up and delivered the pod were very professional. I do have a compliant, however. I had notified my bank that Pack Rat would be charging my account and they said there would not be a problem. They declined the payment and said nothing. A messages left to me by a PR employee who did not identify himself as such and the tone of his message sounded just like a scam or spoof...so I did not respond. This cost me an extra $
