We called for an estimation and the 2 gentleman that showed up weren’t clear on the pricing and system they used. They proceeded to tell us that it was through volume or weight not both of them combined. We mentioned active duty military members possibly being discounted and we weren’t even acknowledged. They hook you in by deceiving you. Your company should teach employees how to be clear and concise.
