We had used this service previously in Chicago and were just as pleased with the Raleigh outpost. We used them recently for two different pickups; scheduling was a breeze and the crew arrived right on time and worked quickly. The onsite estimates were reasonable given the items for pickup. They even took some materials I wasn't sure they would (old paint) which saved me a tremendous hassle.

The original price was higher than expected, though they did negotiate since I only had three small items. However, the pricing became irrelevant compared to what happened next. One of the workers entered my home without permission, even though he had no reason to do so. At the time, my wife was feeding our newborn, and our one‑year‑old was also inside.
