Today I requested for them to come to my house and remove a king size mattress and the box springs. The website says $99 for a mattress and box spring of any size. When they got here they tried to charge me by volume ($268.00), I explained twice that the website had this pricing on it and they again tried to tell me that it was because I had multiple items and I ask what are the multiple items, I literally had the box springs and mattress. I told them no thanks, I call them customer service and
