Never arrived within time window even though I booked the appointment a week in advance. I was continually texted days beforehand on my personal phone to come pick up furniture early and then they ghost me the day of. Looking at these other reviews, it seems they overcharge anyway and I ended up with going with another company. Such a waste of my time and I will never use them in the future.

I didn’t get the email survey to review the guys that came out but wanted to make sure the Trent and Antonio get a RAVE review!! They came on a Sunday night and picked up a queen sized mattress for me. From the time I called the dispatcher to schedule initially for a same day pickup, they were at my location within 20 minutes and had the mattress in the truck! They were super polite, friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs. They deserve the best!! If they had their own company I would book
